Exchange or Refund

• Eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

Wash & Care

1. Prep

   • Undo all zippers, Velcro, straps and buckles.

   • Separate detachable drybags or layers.

   • Shake off surface dirt; use a soft brush if needed.

   • Wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth.

2. Which Detergent

   • Use in order of preference: tech wash → neutral unscented liquid detergent → woollen liquid detergent → baby shampoo.

   • Avoid: granular powder detergents, heavily scented detergents, fabric softener or bleach.

3. Soak

   • Dissolve 1–2 caps of detergent in a bucket of water per unit; soak for at least 30 min.

   • Avoid hot water.

4. Wash & Rinse

   • Agitate inside/outside within hands; scrub where needed.

   • Rinse multiple times until detergent is fully removed.

5. Drip Dry

   • Drip dry upside-down; then inside-out.

   • Do not machine dry, use a hair dryer or expose to direct sunlight.

6. Storage

   • Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

   • Ensure the backpack is fully dry before long-term storage
