The jacket prioritises rider safety with cutting-edge protection features. Its advanced armor system ensures that riders are shielded from impact while maintaining flexibility and comfort for every ride.
● For Elbows: EASYFLEX CE Certified Safetech (Italian) Level 2 Protectors used for ergonomics, lightweight, ultra flexibility. Certified to standard EN1621-1:2012 (T+)
● For Shoulders: EASYFLEX CE Certified Safetech (Italian) Level 2 Protectors used for ergonomics, lightweight, ultra flexibility. Certified to standard EN1621-1:2012 (T+)

The Rizo Urban Mesh Jacket is thoughtfully designed to provide a personalised fit, ensuring that every rider can tailor the jacket to their unique body shape and riding style.
● Fit Adjustment:
○ The hip girth adjustment with zip expansion allows extra room when seated.
○ Snug fit adjusters on the arms, forearms and waist.
○ Zippered cuff openings facilitating easy closure over gloves.
○ Low-profile collar is designed to minimise any intrusion on the back of the neck, and easy airflow.
● Pockets: Two front pockets for ample storage.
● Cushioned Comfort: Soft Neoprene trims on collar and cuffs, prevent chafing of the skin
● Zippers: All YKK zippers with glove friendly YKK pullers
● Inner lining : Sweat wicking inner mesh lining.

Step 1 – Prep
● Remove impact protectors
● Undo all zippers, Velcro, and buckles
● Shake off surface dirt; use a soft brush if needed
Step 2 – Detergent
● Prefer: Tech-wash, neutral unscented liquid detergent, woollen liquid detergent, or baby shampoo
● Avoid: Granular powders and heavily scented liquid detergents
Step 3 – Soak
● Dissolve 1 cap of detergent in lukewarm water
● Soak for at least 30 minutes; avoid hot water
Step 4 – Wash and Rinse
● Agitate and scrub by hand, focusing on greasy spots
● Rinse thoroughly until detergent is gone; use a soft brush if needed
Step 5 – Dry and Store
● Hang to dry in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area
● Store in a cool, dry place away from dust
● Do not wring, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or expose to direct sunlight
Storage – Store your riding jacket in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust.
