INSTRUCTIONS & CERTIFICATES :Wash or clean your garment following the washing instructions on the stitched label.

Remove the inner protectors before washing your garment and make sure to insert them again in the dedicated pockets after washing! Never tamper with the garment in any of its parts. When not in use, the garment must be stored in a dry and ventilated place. After use leave it dry in a well ventilated place, at room temperature.

Care Instructions for HERO 2.0 TROUSERS:

• Before washing detach each layer

• Use mild detergent

• Do not use fabric softener

• Hand wash 30°C

• Do not bleach

• No dry cleaning

• No wringing

• Drip dry verticaly in shade

Use same instructions as above for cleaning waterproof membrane and haeting leayer.

To clean the protectors:

• Remove dirt with a damp cloth only; for heavier soiling use damp cloths or soft brushes with lukewarm water (max 40°C).

• Do not wash under running water

• Do not use hot water, solvents or other chemicals to clean the protector

• Use specific products for cleaning and maintaining leather

• Do not leave exposed to direct sunlight

• Do not leave it permanently exposed to high or low temperatures

• Do not use dryer or other heating devices

You can store them in the large waterproof extra pocket at rear of the jacket of the same collection HERO 2.0 or in the AYRO backpack. Wearing just only the trousers, without any additional layers, you’ll feel nice chill. With the HERO 2.0 triusers you can travel in any weather.

Durability and long life are surely features of the HERO 2.0 trousers. Mainly the CORDURA® material reinforcement are responsible for it. It’s located in strategically areas – one the knees and at tha back – and increases the durability of the trousers. The CORDURA® material is known for its resistance to abrasion and tear. Additionally, these trousers have the grip fabric inserts at the back. And all of this for your extra safety.

When you remove the additional layers the jacket HORIZON transforms into a proper hi-flow summer jacket! It’s possible thanks to a unique expanded ventilation system. The trousers have large panels on the thighs – that gives you different options of temperature control. Thanks to you can adjust this to your preferences. The ventilation system with air-tankes helps regulate temperature and airflow inside the trousers. The HERO 2.0 is a model for the all 4 seasons!
