Warranty

• 6-month limited warranty on all Hanleh shoes for verified manufacturing defects.
  1. Warranty Coverage (6 Months)The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:
  • Stitching defects
  • Adhesive or bonding failures
  • Sole separation caused by manufacturing fault
  • Hardware defects (eyelets, buckles, etc.)

  If a covered fault is confirmed, the product will be repaired at no cost.

  2. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Damage from regular usage (abrasion, scuffs)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, cuts, burns
  • Water damage or moisture-related issues
  • Colour fading, odour, or material ageing
  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Products purchased below MRP or without a valid invoice
  • Damage occurring while shipping the product back to us
