Step 1 – Prep

Remove impact protectors

Undo all zippers, Velcro, and buckles

Shake off surface dirt; use a soft brush if needed

Step 2 – Detergent

Prefer: Tech-wash, neutral unscented liquid detergent, woollen liquid detergent, or baby shampoo

Avoid: Granular powders and heavily scented liquid detergents

Step 3 – Soak

Dissolve 1 cap of detergent in lukewarm water

Soak for at least 30 minutes; avoid hot water

Step 4 – Wash and Rinse

Agitate and scrub by hand, focusing on greasy spots

Rinse thoroughly until detergent is gone; use a soft brush if needed

Step 5 – Dry and Store

Hang to dry in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area

Store in a cool, dry place away from dust

Do not wring, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or expose to direct sunlight

Storage – Store your riding pant in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust.
